CNH Energy Shendong Project

China’s first L1 active safety-assisted driving system for underground mines
Location: Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Capacity: 14 million tons/year Ore type: Coal

As China’s first unmanned project for auxiliary transportation equipment in underground mines, it has the following features: safety distance warning, conflict alert, driving behavior management and 360-degree blind spot detection. It can be used to effectively solve the problems existing in auxiliary transportation equipment, such as high potential safety hazard, heavy pollution, high energy consumption, low efficiency, short service life and low intelligent level, so as to gradually change the existing underground auxiliary transportation mode, reducing air and noise pollution, decreasing the size of underground personnel, and improving the underground working environment.
